We guide your client through the entire process. Many steps in the process are done by our organisation and

Sometimes it happens that a client has selected two or three houses and is preparing a trip to visit these
properties (again) in order to get into final negotiations. Sellers are more willing to accept an offer if
your client can say without risk that the mortgage loan has already been approved and the own contribution to
the purchase price is already waiting in his bank account. In such a situation we can help with a formal
pre-approval from the mortgage loan provider. This will provide you and your client with certainty in advance
and everything in black and white. This is also a good reason to ask for our assistance in an earlier stage;
You may recognise the following sequence of events. You and/or your client have a meeting with a senior
banker or an advisor making an expert impression. However, as soon as your client has paid or signed
something, several tasks and contacts are delegated to staff members who are less educated, have insufficient
experience and speak incomprehensible English. If your client requests a free and non-obligatory consultation
with a senior advisor, your client is guaranteed to have the same contact person for the entire process, who
will also personally handle all contacts with the banks regarding the file;
It is well known banks charge a closing commission on mortgage loans, which is significantly lower than the
commission to be paid to the real estate agency. However, this small percentage, usually below 100 bips, is
often paid to us in full, because we bring a lot of business to the bank and because we only submit perfectly
prepared and complete files. The latter obviously saves the bank a lot of time, which also helps to process
loan applications coming through us with priority. Although the amount we receive from the bank is not very
high it will be our pleasure to pay you your fair share of 30% of that fee for each client you refer to us. A
